Negeri 5 Menara by A. Fuadi

So yesterday I just finished read Negeri 5 Menara (The Land of 5 Towers) by A. Fuadi. Honestly I love this book. A very good book and an inspiring one. I'm not gonna tell the plot in here, because you can read it on Goodreads. I just wanna review it.

Okay. To complete my Big Time Sisters post, so I'm gonna share our first VBlog ever that we did on last February. Just watch the videos and maybe you'll understand what kind of 'girls group' we are.

Big Time Sisters

On this post, I just wanna share something I made in my spare time. It's just a picture collage of me and my bootchies, or should I say our stage name - Big Time Sisters. 
Have I told you about BTS? I think not. But whatever I'm just gonna tell you all. BTS is my BFF's group name. Me myself, Shafa Nabilah Eka Puteri (Cha-Cha / C), Nursida Dewi (Dupa / R), Ni Ayu Laksmi Dewi (Datu / A), and Reisqita Vadika (Qhiey / Q). If you think you know them, well...because we're famous. We were the celebrity in our High School! XD 
We've been bonding our path since Senior High School. But I've known A and Q since Elementary School, and then I met R in Junior High School. So if I calculate the number, it's been 7 or 8 years since I met them and BTS has been formed for 3 years. And I'm still counting on it. :) 
For our crazy friendship, I'm gonna say thank you to all the fandoms we like. From Jonas Brothers, Big Time Rush, One Direction, Hex Hall series by Rachel Hawkins, The Fault in Our Stars by John Green, and another band-series-movies-books fandom that I can't say one by one. Because all of you, I can meet and spend my years with these girls with no afraid to show the craziness we have. Thank you so much.
Right now, we're living on different land to continue our study. Well... R and A are still in the same university but different major. But me and Q have moved across the island. So I think the quote on this collage is quite represented to us.

Happy 12 years old! God, you're a teenager! But you're still a little boy in the family. XD 

Thanks for being an annoying, spoiled, hyperactive, good brother. Sometimes you make me mad, but most of the time you put a smile on me and the whole family without you even know it. You're one of the reasons I miss home and this is the third year I'm not at home in your birthday. But I still pray and wish all the best for you from here. Keep studying! Be a good boy! Don't make Mom and Dad mad at you! And please doing a physical exercise!

Uraian Singkat Persamaan dan Perbedaan Promosi Kesehatan dan Advokasi Kesehatan

• Advokasi Kesehatan adalah upaya persuasif yang dilakukan untuk mempengaruhi kebijakan publik sehingga memperoleh komitmen dan dukungan politis dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan di masyarakat.
•  Promosi Kesehatan adalah segala bentuk upaya pendidikan kesehatan untuk merubah perilaku dan gaya hidup masyarakat sehingga mereka dapat menjaga, meningkatkan, dan melindungi kesehatannya secara mandiri.

Persamaan Advokasi Kesehatan dan Promosi Kesehatan 

• Advokasi dan Promosi kesehatan sama-sama merupakan suatu upaya untuk merubah derajat kesehatan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.
• Sama-sama dilakukan untuk merubah perilaku dan lingkungan kesehatan masyarakat.
• Dilakukan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat.

Perbedaan Advokasi Kesehatan dan Promosi Kesehatan

• Sasaran utama Advokasi Kesehatan adalah pemerintah, lembaga perwakilan rakyat, atau organisasi masyarakat yang dapat membuat keputusan dan berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan publik mengenai kesehatan. Sedangkan Promosi Kesehatan dilakukan langsung kepada masyarakat, baik itu yang berupa komunitas, keluarga atau individu.  
• Advokasi dilakukan dengan cara lobby politik kepada pemerintah atau lembaga kesehatan sehingga mendapat dukungan publik, baik berupa kebijakan, dana, tenaga, sarana, dan kemudahan dalam bidang kesehatan. Sedangkan promosi dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan langsung ke masyarakat, baik secara pribadi maupun sosial sehingga mereka mau merubah perilaku kesehatannya. 
• Output dari Advokasi Kesehatan adalah berupa kebijakan, undang-undang dan peraturan-peraturan yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan. Sedangkan Promosi Kesehatan menghasilkan output yang berupa persepsi dari kelompok masyarakat yang nantinya berpengaruh terhadap perubahan perilaku dan lingkungan kesehatan mereka.
